• Jeff Hicks, Director of Engineering - Mr. Hicks has more than 13 years of experience in the design, development, and implementation of enterprise web applications.  He managed the development of several high profile systems for many Fortune 500 companies including Reynolds and Reynolds, JP Morgan, and Amazon.com.

  Mr. Hicks is a seasoned veteran of numerous dot-com companies including Bazillion.com, Costco.com, and Vigilos.com. He has also assisted in the business and technology development for University of Washington, City of Reno, City of Sparks, Reno Sparks Visitors Bureau, Washoe Country School District, and the Nevada Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology. As Director of Engineering, he brings a creative drive and far reaching vision that will take Genuine Labs, LLC farther than its competitors with the use of cutting edge web technologies.
  

• Steve James, Creative Director - Steve James has spent more than 10 years in the visual design and electronic communication industries.  As a business owner, creative designer, and web developer, Mr. James has teamed up with businesses across the nation to deliver outstanding results from advertising and marketing campaigns. Companies he has worked with include Microsoft, Konami, Sega, Wacom, and In Focus.  Mr. James is currently the Creative Director for Genuine Labs, LLC and provides all creative direction and design work for new products, marketing and advertising.
• Brandie Hicks, Director of Support - Ms. Hicks has been in the software industry for more than ten years. Her main focus has been with support, sales engineering and technical road mapping. As a sales engineer she is able to focus the products direction to ensure customers receives a product that is useful, easy to use and at a price point that is affordable. As CTO of InBytes Digital Media, Ms. Hicks demonstrated technical leadership skills and an attention to detail that caused sales to double for three consecutive years.
