General

Yes, the 14 day trial has no restrictions.

Information comes directly from your carrier. No MDM/software is required.

Our platform monitors your account at a carrier level. We work in synergy with MDM platforms by providing all of the information that MDM's typically fall short of - such as current rate-plan, features, carrier reported data usage, etc.

We also have a user-friendly mobile application that allows end users to check usage, rate-plan information, or request hardware upgrades.

Account

Send an email to [email protected] and we will be in touch. This request must be made by an authorized key contact.

Accounts can take up to 24 hours to be setup, once authenticated by the carrier. If you require any additional customization or requests, account setup can take longer.

Your dedicated account representative will keep you updated on account setup.

Billing

Yes, your plan can be changed at anytime. Please send us notice in advanced to perform the change and calculate proration.
